The majority of classes are approximately 60 minutes, with some shorter practices for you to do on the go. With an emphasis on connecting to the breath and moving with it, classes vary in focus. Choose from energising, grounding, balancing, releasing and working on certain parts of the body, bringing in elements of philosophy, relaxing and letting go, to name a few!
